MEET THE TEAM
Matthew Phelps - Founder
A graduate of Loughborough University of Technology, Matthew has 30 years experience of automotive manufacture, logistics and supply chain. He has held senior management positions in Ford Motor Company, Wincanton, Deutsch Post (DHL) and ISS. He has significant international and multi-cultural experience, particularly in Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa. Matthew specialises in implementation, turnaround, major logistics projects in the Energy sectors and transformation programmes. Influences at the highest levels of business and government with his fluid communication style which engages all stakeholders.
Deborah Phelps - Founder
Deborah has significant experience driving operations and process improvement having held mid and senior leadership positions in DHL, ISS and as a business consultant in the Energy sector. Deborah is a specialist IM project manager in the Energy and Logistics sectors delivering multi-million-dollar process projects on time and on-budget.
Deborah also specialises in the end to end development of IT systems using many alternate methodologies including agile and waterfall techniques. Specific requirement deliverables, coaching developers and driving world class reporting.
